Setting Up Your E-mail Accounts
First you must access your Administrative Suite. If your domain has already been transferred, please go to www.yourdomain.com/menu. If it has NOT YET been transferred, you must access it by www.IPnumber.com/menu. To find your IP number please see the e-mail we sent with your Login Information. Your IP number is the numerical equivalent of your Domain Name (ie. 216.34.32.123). That same e-mail will also contains the USERNAME and PASSWORD you need to access and administer your server.

Once inside your Administrative Suite, click on the Mail Manager icon. From there you can Setup, Edit and Delete e-mail accounts. For more information on setting up e-mail accounts, please see our On Line Documentation here.

Checking Your E-mail
There are two ways. If you are using an e-mail program like Outlook, Netscape or Eudora all you need to do is change your incoming mail server to www.yourdomain.com.Ê Keep your outgoing mail server the way it is. This procedure will vary according to which e-mail program you use, but these settings are most commonly found in your e-mail program's Preferences/Options.

You can also go to www.yourdomain.com/up. This is a web-based E-mail feature called Web Mail whch will allow you to check and send E-mail from anywhere, as long as you have a browser and an internet connection. More Info

Uploading Pages to Your Server
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the easiest and most pratical method that requires an FTP Application. See the FTP section of our OnLine Documentation for detailed explanation.

Or, you can use the File Manager found on your server and accessed via your server online Control Panel. To get to your Control Panel, type in yourdomain.com/menu or, ipaddress.com/menu if your Domain has not yet been transferred. Enter your Username and Password and click on the File Manager Icon from within the Administrative Suite.

Naming Your Pages
The names of ALL the files and directories in your website MUST be lowercase only. Your Home Page is always named index.html.

Until you upload your new pages to your server, we have given you a free Under Construction page temporarily named index.html. Once you upload your home page be sure to RENAME YOUR HOME PAGE to index.html. This, in effect, overwrites the Under Construction page and replaces it with your new home page.
