Tips for Submission

• If you have a TelNet problem please be sure you have followed our online TelNet instructions exactly as stated.
  
  
• If you are having a problem with SSL and calling your pages/forms securely, please be sure to perform a back-up of all files/images/scripts on your server. We may need to install it. (This is a good computer habit to develop even if you are not experiencing any problems.)
  
  
• If you are getting an "Error" message, please be sure to copy the message exactly as it appears on your screen and paste it into the box below along with the exact steps you took leading up to the "Error" message.
  
  
• If you are having a problem with your Email accounts, please specify which account is having problems and give us its password. Please keep in mind that your Email accounts will not work until your Domain has been transferred.
